What does aesthetic dentistry include?

The aim of aesthetic dentistry is for the teeth to fit harmoniously with your personality, your face and your smile. At Smile Expert the most common aesthetic solutions are ceramic veneers, metal-free crowns, professional teeth whitening and digital smile design, which can be used individually or as a smile package.

Pressed-ceramic (E-max) veneer

A pressed-ceramic veneer is a thin layer of ceramic bonded to the visible surface of the tooth, with which both the colour and shape of the teeth can be corrected. At Smile Expert we make the veneers from E-max pressed ceramic in our own dental laboratory, so we tailor the colour and shape individually. A pressed-ceramic veneer costs 90 000 Ft each. When several teeth are treated at the same time, digital smile design is recommended for planning the final result.

Zirconium and pressed-ceramic crown

In-office whitening

A lastingly whiter smile, several shades lighter, can only be reliably achieved with in-practice treatment. At Smile Expert we use an original Beyond whitening system and original Beyond gel, not a generic substitute, so tooth sensitivity after treatment remains minimal. Digital smile design with a 3D trial

With smile design you can see the overall result expected at the end even before treatment begins. The process starts with a dental CT scan and a general dental examination, followed by diagnostics of the jaw joint. Based on the impression, the CT scan and the diagnostics, our dental technician designs the teeth using specialist software, and we also produce the plan with a 3D printer as a try-on trial denture before the final work, typically in zirconium, is made. Smile design costs 40 000 Ft, and the 3D-printed tooth trial 46 000 Ft.
