Price of 1 tooth replacement

The price of a dental replacement depends on numerous factors, such as the material used, the type of replacement, the dental practice and the quality of the dental laboratory work. In general, it can be said that dental replacements are not cheap, and quality, materials and aesthetic considerations all play a role in the pricing.

All in all, if only a single tooth is missing, an implant is the best, though most expensive, option, since the neighbouring teeth do not need to be ground down and, in most cases, it provides a lifelong solution.

In the case of a crown, the neighbouring teeth have to be ground down. The price is influenced by the material of the crown. The most attractive is the zirconium crown, as it is just as translucent as a real tooth and is therefore almost unnoticeable. A metal-ceramic crown, for example, is a cheaper solution, but not as aesthetic as the zirconium one.

We have developed specific offers for both implant placement and crown-based dental replacement, which you can find in the prices menu: PRICES

There are further options for dental replacement, and the method used depends on what type of tooth loss is involved, as well as on your requirements regarding aesthetics and functionality. Some dental replacement options are:

  1. Crown:
    • A custom-made crown used to replace a single tooth. It can be made from various materials, such as ceramic, porcelain or metal.
  2. Bridge:
    • It can replace several missing teeth as well, resting on the neighbouring teeth. It comprises a row of teeth and is usually built on a durable framework.
  3. Denture:
    • A full or partial dental replacement that fills in an incomplete row of teeth. Partial dentures fill the gaps between the missing teeth, while full dentures replace all the teeth on one or both sides of the jaw.
  4. Implant:
    • An implant is a plastic or metal „screw” that is placed into the jawbone. A crown or bridge fixed onto the implant replaces the missing tooth. Implants offer a more stable and durable solution. Dental implant prices in 2024.
  5. Orthodontics:
    • If the tooth loss stems from the position of the dentition, orthodontic treatment may also be needed to restore the teeth to their correct position.

The optimal solution depends on which tooth is missing, on your general state of health, on your financial means and on your aesthetic preferences. Book an appointment with us, and during a free consultation we will discuss the options together!
